14-Day DOA Product Guarantee

If one or more items you received are damaged, incorrect, or defective, you are fully protected under this guarantee.
What we will need from you:
  1. Your order number and item number
  2. Clear photo or video showing the issue
  3. Photo of the shipping label and original packaging
We will review your claim and contact you if more information is needed.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund for the defective item.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly — our customer team will provide a complete solution.

Where do I send returns?

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer team first.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Do I need to return all components or only the faulty part?

Unless otherwise agreed, you must return the item with its original packaging and all accessories (including dust bag, lock, key, inner tray, gift box, and any included parts).

If any component or accessory is missing, you will be responsible for the cost of the missing part.

60 Days Conditional Return

If the item has no quality or appearance defects, but you are not satisfied and it remains in brand new, unused condition, we can process a partial refund (item price minus shipping fees).

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged or defective, please refer to our 14-Day Product Guarantee or the applicable warranty.

The responsible party will cover shipping fees.

All returns must include original packaging and full accessories in good condition.

Cancellation Guarantee

To cancel an order or change an item before processing, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order’s expected shipping date has passed and it has not been shipped, you may cancel for a full refund.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be cancelled.
